Stage 1: Oxidation Stage – When Oxium Plastics are buried, the presence of UV light, oxygen, heat, and/or other natural conditions convert the containers into Degraded Plastics
Stage 2: Bio-Degradation Stage – The Degraded Plastics break down into micro-particles* that are converted by natural microbes, leaving only biomass, H2O, and CO2 as Bio-Products
Footnote: * Micro-particles have a lower molecular weight which allows them to be consumed by microbes as opposed to micro-plastics.
Stage 3: Eco-Sustainability – Bio-Products are fed to earthworms, used to fertilize land, and tested in water to guarantee no negative effects as our products naturally return to the Ecosystem .
